Facilities
The COLPLAST facilities have grown to meet our
customers' needs and now cover more than 3700 m2 of
plant with modern Part Sanding, Washing, Painting and
Assembly installations.
These installations are structured into separate area for
each of the different production processes.
For part painting, Colplast has 3 painting
lines, both of
which are high capacity and capable of providing quality
performance in line with modern-day standards.
These 3 painting lines allow Colplast to respond to all
of its customers in terms of quality, capacity and the
entire range of different part shapes and sizes. From
small plugs to lorry-cab roofs.
There are also isolated areas for the part sanding process,
performed using automatic sanding machines.
We also have installations suitable for the handling and
storage of large-scale parts, vital to some markets.
